Shipping & Payments

We’re offering free shipping for purchases over PHP 5,000.00!

For orders below PHP 5,000, we our standard shipping rates are:

Metro Manila: PHP 95

Other Provinces: PHP 200

When will you ship out my order?

Due to our lean team and small operations, we have scheduled shipping days twice a week:

Wednesday and Friday (Order cut off time is 4pm the day before. Any orders made past 4pm the day before will be included in the next scheduled shipping day)

Do you ship to my country?

As of now, we only provide nationwide shipping within the Philippines. For Metro Manila, we ship within 3 days. And for provincial areas, we ship within 7 days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For customers within Metro Manila who'd like to request for an expedited shipping orders via couriers like Lalamove, kindly send us an email at hi@kaddadia.com. Shipping rates shall be covered by the customer.

What are your payment options?

We only currently accept payments via Paypal and PayMongo where credit and debit cards are accommodated. For expedited shipping, direct bank deposits are open as a payment option (instructions will be sent). Cash-on-delivery payments are currently not available.

About Sizing & Body Diversity

Body diversity? You don’t have my size!

We understand the frustration of wanting to support brands but not fitting into their narrow sizing. That’s why Kaddadía was born and why we champion body diversity.

Unfortunately, as much as we tried to extend our sizing from the get-go, we had some difficulties with manufacturing our first collection. We discovered that there are a lot of nuances that come with creating clothes with inclusive sizing and finding the right suppliers to support our goals.

But we’ve learned a lot on our very first run. We don’t want to give you an ambiguous “we’re working on it.” We’ve heard that before, too. We want to share with you the exact steps we’re taking to improve our products to be closer to inclusivity:

GATHER DATA

• Collaborate with real customers to create our pieces via focus group discussions
• Gather data on sizing from friends, family, and other willing customers to create a more inclusive size chart

APPLY RESEARCH

• Source manufacturers that we are able to fully collaborate with to ensure more inclusive collections to come
• Work with size models to try on prototypes to ensure comfort and proper sizing

FOLLOW THROUGH

• Refining our innovation processes (receiving feedback, evaluating notes, improving products) to ensure constant growth as a brand that champions body diversity
• Quarterly meetings on how we can improve the brand in different aspects of the brand (marketing, supply chain, product, HR)
• Create a channel of communication with customers that want to actively help us improve our products — the goal here is that customers know where to reach us when they want to give us feedback
  • Include social media content that asks the customer what they prefer (this or that) when creating the next collections

We strongly believe that every body deserves to be represented and we vow to keep learning and improving our brand experience until we achieve goals of body diversity.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

• Due to the small nature of our business and hygiene reasons, all items CAN NOT be exchanged or refunded.
• At Kaddadía we aim to provide enough information through detailed product descriptions, accurate, sizing charts, and a responsive customer service experience to help you pick the perfect piece for you.

I received the wrong size or item/faulty or damaged item! What are your return policies?

• We’re so sorry about that! We try to check that every item is in tip top shape before approving it into our inventory, but sometimes things slip through.
• Note that if 21 days have gone by after your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange for damaged items 
• If the item you received was the wrong size or item from what you ordered or is faulty or damaged upon receipt (and has not passed 21 days post-purchase), we will be more than happy to exchange it for the correct size or offer store credit for items that meet our return guidelines below:

1. On the subject line: [Name under order][Order number] for [return/exchange] (ex. Dua Lipa #00023 for exchange)
2. In the body: please include these details:
   • Style name, size, color
   • Order number
   • Amount paid
   • Reason for return
   • Any photos or details on damage/wrong item— please show as much of it in different angles if you can!

• We will send you confirmation of approval of your return request once we receive and check the item and order.
• If credit is approved, we will send you an email with a code that is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
